While a cure for cancer remains elusive, you have likely heard of promising developments in cancer research. Areas that have made strides in reducing tumor growth include immunotherapy, using biomarkers to develop personalized treatment and even freezing cancer cells. For the first time, there is real optimism among cancer researchers that significant strides are upon us or in the near future.
Wondering whether you should participate in research?
